sorry, but it surprises me that schumacher is out there shopping a ride after all the success he's had,
on and off the track, and son of schumacher electric owner, which for whatever reasons, he seemingly was never associated with?
i know he still has a lot of fans. guess we'll see if funding for '26 comes to fruition.
rick, clay, and tony are shown in recent utube clay video talking about it. rick seems into it, wanting to become a more dominant team in nhra.
Rick was also in Gainesville their was an interview on Nhra.Tv. He described growing up in S. California where he got hooked on nitro for life. It sounds like owning a TF team is a dream come true. Glad he's in our sport going to be fun to watch.
Well, I would say you’ve got your bases covered there, my friend.
It took Oberhofer and Rick Ware about three years to build Clay’s program to the point where they have it now. I think this will be a test year for Schumacher and RWR. It all depends on what crew they can line up, obviously.
If they are gonna start from scratch, it will be a slow start. And I hope that doesn’t discourage anyone, since Clay‘s car is running really well and quite consistently. It takes time.
I will say they have my two favorite drivers on that team now. So, when one of them loses, I won’t feel so bad for the other one.
Just looking at NHRA top fuel now, there is not a single car out there that is not competitive. Well maybe there’s one or two that don’t run regularly, but for the most part the full season professionals all run quite close.
which chassis shop is RWR buying from? ...... i would have think yes, the chassis' must be the same.
i'm curious to the timeframe to roll out tony yet this year. would be cool to see the first attempt at bristol, but that's just a little over 2 months away.
brainerd or indy seems more realistic ....... ida's schedule does not include BIR this year, so that would be a great place to debut tony.
that race has needed help with car counts recently.

I think they have used DSR previously? I believe I remember something about they might have switched to a DSR spinoff (forgot the name) when they had to have last year’s car front halved. Can anyone verify?
