Nice to hear they are looking to improve an already great facility. One thing that stuck out in the article to me was Polburn stating that the IHRA plans on expanding into several new markets. Anyone have any guesses? Darlington and New York have a lot of tradition with the IHRA and would likely would be well supported by fans and racers. However they are not exactly in huge demographic markets and need several improvements to be ready for another National Event. Maybe some more tracks out west? Canadian? Mexican? How many tracks are really ready for an IHRA National Event?
