Remember when??? (1 Viewer)

you didn't strike a nerve. you showed that you are a typical keyboard ******* that sits all day looking for a chance to throw out a comment towards IHRA to make yourself feel good about yourself. So how many races did you attend and compete at this year? and I don't mean computer ones? you're the type that comes on these message boards and bitches about everything that you have nothing to do with from what I see and read. you criticize NHRA, you complain about tv coverage, you critique racers and of coarse throw out stupid comments like "how bout that ice" when you NEVER received a bag much less are owed money from IHRA. People like you are the problem in this world. all you do is criticize instead of being positive . you would rather laugh and make jokes about failure than cheer on success !

5 and I attended 4 and was 4th in alky fc points. I got PAID from every race I went to this year and last! did it hurt drag racing AFTER the shut down , YES! BUT it showed racers want an alternative to the other sanctions so bad that they were all willing to take a risk in hopes it would go on. If something new comes along, and you feel it would be a better alternative , you will never know without giving it a try!
Hey Bruce, great comment from someone who really knew how good it was at IHRA races. So many on here never went.

Yes this guy is something else. In June of 25 I made a comment that I hoped Jasmine would run IHRA. It was met with critic and negativity.....5 days later she announced she was running IHRA ...how funny. Hope it comes back.

You must have me confused with others. I do make smart ass comments when I have time, I don't have time to spend my day thinking about the dumpster fire known as IHRA. I get criticized for being Pro NHRA by some, but that's fine. I love the Fox and NHRATV coverage, but carry on with your narrative. I was highly complementary of the final race in Columbus, I thought it was a good show.

History has shown this statement is false. There has been MANY racers that operated a business successfully around drag racing.
You missed Joe's point.

A business is a business first. If you have the choice of making money or doing what racers want you to do, you have to make money.

The plan was for construction at South Haven to pay for series.
Proves my point.

The plan was for anticipated revenue from one business to pay for another business. Then, the second business made acquisitions before the first business received any of those funds. When those funds did not arrive as anticipated, the second business had no money.

That is not a sustainable business plan.

JIm, every business operates from revenue, either the business or another business until the said business can support its self. DC had contract with person who he thought could trust but sadly that proved wrong and he choose to close up shop.
