I was at Chaparral Trailers back in the late seventies or early eighties and there was a brand new pink gooseneck trailer sitting in the lot waiting for the new owner to pick it up, so i had to take a look inside...it turns out that the owners name was Shirley Muldowney. Then later in the day i got to take a tour of Beadles race shop.

I also was fortunate to be able to visit the trailer manufacturing shop. Not only did they build race trailers, all sorts of high level trailers. I got to see a special hazmat unit being built for a FD.
After that I got to go over to the race shop for a full tour.
Even helped lift the sprint car on jack stands.
My fondest memory of Raymond was we were racing at Edgewater (Cincinnati) just after Jaws came out. We all laughing at about the fake shark.

It was nice to hear ESPN commentators Nicole Briscoe and Rusty Wallace acknowledging Beadles passing during the Nascar pre race show. It was also nice that the Martinsville Speedway Chaplain Mike Hatfield offered a prayer for condolence for Raymonds family.

I saw that too Eugene. It was good to see Junior win, and I was happy for Rick Hendrick too. I can't believe it has been 10 years since that plane crash.

When you enter Hendricks race shop there is a wall with large pictures of everyone that was on that plane. It was a sad scene for sure.
