Longtime West Coast Super Gas racer Ed De Staute is in Arcadia Methodist Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack this evening. Please remember Ed in your prayers.

I spoke to Jessie Serna Today Ed is doing much better...our prayers go out to a great racer and friend....Ed had onereally clogged artery but hes in a great hospital....Ed is a tough guyand hopefully be back on the curcuit soon. Ed lives for Drag Racing and has been a past world Champion in this class...
