That is very sad! I've been a vol. fireman for 28 yrs. I've saw some of this, & it's never easy to understand why poeple don't wear seat belts. I lost my Mom in a wreck in 1966. She was wearing hers, but a head on , with both going 70 mph ,in a 1964 Impala, just to hard a hit.
