I believe Papa John wil be on Leno's Garage tonight, at 10pm eastern, on CNBC. Jay's show is pretty cool, not all hardcore performance stuff, but a mix of things and always funny.

I saw that episode and was truly impressed with Papa John as a person. It sounds like he's a genuinely nice guy who treats people well. He said he gives 30% of the profits to the employees as bonuses. I'm not exactly in the know on what the norm is, but I'd say that's pretty generous!
