Awesome! The Beavers have been my Pac10 team for awhile. On the East Coast, you can get hooked on West Coast Football at midnight. There's just something cool about it.
I thought you meant Ohio State in the title and wondered why they were playing each other. I see OSU and think "Buckeyes", but I'm an Ohio girl. Which reminds me, I need to add Buckeyes to my list of Christmas baking and confections. It just doesn't seem complete until the Buckeyes and snickerdoodles are ready to eat.
I could've sworn that Texas ended their win-streak last game of last season?
Didn't that count?
Oh, and just a side note, I believe the OSU/USC game yesterday is the only game each year where the color commentators never refer to the teams by mascots?
Nothing's wrong with the beavers. They outplayed USC in every aspect of the game in my book but it's the combination of mascots that poses the discomfort to the commentators as Chris has alluded to.
