when the finals were firing and rolling thru waterbox, i'm pretty sure we were watching drone footage? it took off from
a landscape/floral area just off starting line on east side of track, and flew up and across track capturing cars burning out
below it. IMO that was a great shot/sequence.

didn't watch recorded race till late last night, and was busy all day today. just catching up
on the rest of the norwalk finals yesterday. holy cow, what a race. would have loved to have been there.
bobby with excellent wrap-up article. also read his article on spencer massey waiting for maddie in E1. great stuff.

It might have been a greater event if they would have the night qualifying session. Seemed like the track was prepped really good. NHRA did the right thing moving it to get it in but the rain never came Friday night.

last night i searched 'nhra' on youtube that streams through roku device on home system. only videos with nhra in title show up.
had to search maddi gordon, or drag racing, to find other content on the norwalk race. kenny on speedfreaks got an interview
with maddi, and then had to go mighty mack channel to find his wrap up of event, which is good ..... he, like me, loved the triple-up
by doug, ron, and maddie. looking forward to wfo this week.
