If there was a purse for our class there would be a lot more "hitters" at the NHRA. We did have an all 6 second field in Houston. IHRA pays better with no entry fee and have conflicting dates. I paid $310 to enter plus $85 per crew member and got $600 to lose 1st round. I'm not complaining, just trying to explain.

Unfortunately, and all six second field is a soft standard. 3 tenths would be a great start (and only a start).

I hope they don't either. It just doesn't seem fair to me that they penalized Rickie after just one race though is what I'm saying. The Harley team deserves the wins for all the hard work. Just like Rickie does as well. Except he got 50lbs added on for his efforts of finding that extra pep.

After 1 day of qualifying the Harley's aren't the dominant bikes. Are they toying with the field? We shall see.
