Great shot of Scott's FC from 1989. I loved his cars when they were candy red, especially in recent years when he first came back to FC, I believe it was a Monte Carlo.

You are correct sir.

When he returned to FC in 2006 he had a candy apple red Monte Carlo, in testing.

Yeah, that was a sweet looking car. I love candy apple red funny cars. It kissed the wall during testing if I remember right, and Scott supposedly caught a lot of flack from his crew about it. It went back to a natural carbon fibre look after that I think, before they made the switch to the Solaris.

I can't answer your question for certain but I did read somewhere that TORCO OIL and TORCO RACING FUELS are separate companies.

I believe the decal on Scott's car in the photo is Torco Oil. Not connected to Evan's company.
