That picture is an LED tree. And in my experience, most Regional trees are LED as well.
The Blue stage lights are National Event only, with Las Vegas being the exception to that rule. As to my knowledge, there are no 4-Wide trees with the amber incandescent Pre-Stage and Stage bulbs.

Yes, remember when they had to change bulbs when they went out. So why are the blue stage bulbs only used at National events.
