New Kalitta Driver (1 Viewer)

It is a reunion at indy. In super comp also driving is Robert Heights daughter, and Torrence Sr.
Larry Sutton---🤠
I'm aware it's personal and no one else's business so without being intrusive, does anyone have an idea what the future may hold for Robert Hight or a general idea of why he hung up his helmet? If it was for health reasons that's all I need to know.

Best of luck to Kalitta's boy. I'm sure Dad will teach him well.

Love Doug, but...... If Mitch is looking for advice running Super Comp, he will be talking to Shawn Langdon, not "Dad".

Of course, Mitchell has quietly been around the cars and planes quite a bit. He’s assisted on his Dad’s pit crew. I believe he did some experimental laps in a Junior Dragster quite a number of years ago.
Both he and his sister were; and very much still are very big into Soccer. After playing all through college at U of M, Mitch’s sister is a Pro Soccer Player presently in her rookie year with the Louisville Women’s team. All 3 Kalitta boys are Pilots; or studying to be, as you’d expect.
Racing is big business; but it’s safe to assume that if any of those kids want to compete seriously…. They will be, at some point. There doesn’t seem to be any pressure or expectations put on them though …. Which is actually very admirable. Scott’s son now works for his Grandfather’s company in corporate.
Between the planes and the car racing - it’s a good bet their family legacy will roll on for many years to come 👍🏼

Like AR said - he's a wing shooter and gunsmith, a very good dead eye one at that.

He's got a humongous following and it is for the better good, so ... NOTE my sig line here!

I kinda still think his new wife said to stop or somebody wanted austin instead? No sickness....

I personally think he was going to quit last year and they talked him into taking a year to think it over. His motivation is an unknown
