I'm aware it's personal and no one else's business so without being intrusive, does anyone have an idea what the future may hold for Robert Hight or a general idea of why he hung up his helmet? If it was for health reasons that's all I need to know.

Anyone know how old Mitch is? Doug's got to be 60-ish by now. Son Mitch could be in his late 20's or early 30's.
