I happened to catch the segment just a few minutes ago (live on the Today Show, I presume). It was very well done and ran roughly 4 minutes ... rewound the DVR but is does not show time in seconds.

Antron comes across as so genuine that it makes him one of the perfect spokesmen for the sport.
