Mandated Manifold Purchase?

The manifold in question has many pictures on Facebook (can't remember where) but is manufactured by Tom Shelar owner of Mastercam and the Hi-Speed Motorsports N/TF dragster (CHRR winner).

But the AJPE, and JFR manifolds are still allowed unless they had to make some changes to them.
Beginning Jan. 1, 2016, accepted setback manifolds: AJPE Stage III 25A-110, JFR FAM1174 and TBS-500. All other setback manifolds prohibited.

Just taking a shot in the dark but with the model # TBS 500 and their association with Ronny I would guess that The Blower Shop might have something to do with it
