They had a local singer who is the daughter of a racer and the track asked if she could perform during the parade. I also like Lee Greenwood, but for one weekend I'm good with this.
Don't know if you guys remember but Lee Greenwood performed it live it Gainesville a few years ago, he is fine with us using the song.
