Although I was rooting for Erica to win the whole event, (like i am every event), it's great to see Kurt getting back to his winning ways. Kurt and Warren have had a tough go for the past few years but have hung in there and it appears to be working out for Kurt. Maybe Warren will follow.
KJ has clearly turned things around, but WJ seems to be moving in the opposite direction. WJ's car has yet to pick up the pace as Kurt's car, plus the Christmas tree is still not very kind to Warren and lets face it, you can have the fastest car on the property, but if u cant get off the starting in time it doesn't matter how fast your going. That first round was brutal and Line was there for the taking if Warren had cut the tree down and put together a decent run!
Timing is everything. If this had been the year KJ was @ the top in the Countdown and his starter broke @ Charlotte,it would be huge for them. As far as WJ goes,he hasn't been the same since he put the new car on the roof. I know it was repaired and fit the jig,but I just don't think it's the same car IMHO. That's why I'm a WJ/KJ fan,no major sponsor and running @ the top despite it. I wonder if KJ knows they're racing on his inheritance?
On the positive side he is a day late and a dollar short. Of course since in the past few he has been 30 days late and a Benjamin short. Great to see KJ running well.
