I hope not...2 attempts to qualify for an 8 car field to win $150 is gut wrenching. You have to come out swinging, but you also can't push to hard. No room for error.

the triple crown races should be a good attendance test for ihra. much like the last two brandenton pro shootout races.
i would think folks will come out to see them qualify and race for 150k.

The plan is for 8. Like Mike said, 16+ cars trying for an 8 car field with only 2 hits makes it exciting.
