I was skeptical the moment I recognized that AI voice that sounds like Fin (Law and Order SVU) and is used in all sorts of advertisements these days. Keith Black posting warning signs during testing? Unusual harmonics and oil pressure spikes? 8200 rpm? Trying his damndest to push a supercharged 572 Hemi to 1000 horsepower?

Hey Larry, it could be that Dennis Taylor would have more information on this. He went from doing custom interior upholstery work (including helicopters that landed behind his Placentia shop, "Creative Auto Interiors") to being the number one supplier of ballistic safety equipment around that same time.

AI POS there is so much wrong information and pictures sad to think we are even discussing it. This is an example of why people who lived through the glory days need to write down what really happened. I'd love to see people like Larry Sutton or Bret Kepner write a book before all they know is lost.
Another 'Johnny Davis' was killed as the result of a barrel-roll crash at Rockingham, 2016.Yes, a Johnny Davis in drag racing did die....but it was 2023.
