Hey, I said I am a weirdo.

There have been some spirited discussions amongst me and my friends in the Fatburger VS. In-N-Out debate, and I am generally the only person to extoll the virtues of Fatburger ....

Personally, Tommy's burgers are my favorite. The chili combined with the mustard and everything else:

I will be eating at In-N-Out Burger one week from right now!! I fly into San Diego at 5:55pm next Monday. :D

Sun Country round trip from Minneapolis to San Diego for a grand total of $118.80!!

Wow. We have a Bruce Williams here. Have you ever heard of the one who has the longest running talk radio show in America?
Yes, I have been aware of the talk show host for most of my life.
One of my other name claim to fame is my middle name is Lee.:D

Bruce lee is my handle on most drag race forum sites.:D

So in response to my bit of trivia about what so cal drag strip sold in and out burgers?
Guess I'm the only person on this board that has raced many times and ate many in and out burgers at Irwindale Raceway.

Now how did you manage that?!

Sun Country airlines had a 2 day sale.... round trip to most west coast destinations including Phoenix or Vegas for $98.00 round trip. After taxes and fees the total was $118.80.

The deal was..... The trip had to be booked between November 25th through midnight the 26th and you had to return by December 14th.

My apologies for the major thread derailment (who, me?). I never get tired of listening to his business advise that's based on real world experiences. You hear about details you might otherwise never consider until it's too late. Someone here once said his advice of getting an attorney whenever buying or selling real estate saved their butt. Months ago I listened to a horror story by someone in Rhode Island who didn't know to do this and somehow got taken by a seller in Georgia.

I'd never heard of Sun Country Airlines. I usually fly American, or United.

They were started in 1982 and are based here in Minneapolis along with Northwest Airlines. I first flew on Sun Country in 1984 to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Here is a link to the local company who owns Sun Country. SunCountry Airlines

Here is their site. www.suncountry.com

Here is a link telling about their fleet of all new Boeing 737-800 aircraft. https://www.suncountry.com/hometools/aboutAircraft.shtml

OK Paul, now I need to try a Tommy's burger! :D

I'll try to stop at the Tommy's in San Diego, Corona or Riverside next week..... and I'll also be sure to have my camera and post pictures too. I need to think of a good spot to eat at. Over looking the ocean in Malibu will be hard to beat but I'll give it a shot!:D

Chili ON the burger..... sounds good!! :)

I love In-N-Out!!

My first night in Vegas I killed a 4x4 Animal Style. it was only my second In-N-Out Burger, the other was also a 4x4 Animal Style in Anaheim back in '05.

THIS HAS JUST BEEN VOTED BEST THREAD EVER ON NITROMATER!!!

Being A (I hate this Term) NATIVE So. Cal boy, I grew up with In-N-Out! As a matter of fact, when I got my drivers license on May 19th, 1989 @ 11:15 am in my Grandmothers Lebaron I drove home, and picked up my Freshly Rebuilt and painted 1979 Volkswagen Rabbit, and drove from my house in Oceanside, California to the In-N-Out burger in San Clemente. I ordered two Double-Double's, a french fry (ONLY 1 size!) and a Large Pink Lemonade! It was the greatest burger of my life...

Why??? Because it was:
1) TASTEY!!!!!
2) Filled me up!!!
3) A memory that I will remember forever.....

Can you say that about a Big Mac??? A Sonic Burger??? A White Castle??? A FATBURGER???? Hardly! The experience, the Nostalgia, the Fresh BEEF...The Fresh cut French Fries...and the best Pink Lemonade except for maybe the stuff sold at the Del Mar Fair.....

My Current Favorite is 4 X 4..animal style!!!
I like many of the other MATER'S..get my In-N-Out fix while at NHRA National events...(no In-N-Out in Colorado) At the Vegas event, it's either the In-N-Out on Tropicana, off of I-15, or the one on Nellis Blvd about 4 miles west of the strip!!!

For my so cal friends, another great burger place is in north san diego county, the 15 freeway on the west side at the highway 76 off ramp in the Arco station parking lot, Nessy Burgers. Will give In n Out a run.

You're right Mike, they are good!

I ate at Nessy Burger when I was in town last February. I plan to eat there again when I'm in town next week too! :D
