IHBA Drag Boats Phoenix

Fun Race, and with Lucas Oil increased involvement, IHBA drag boat racing seems like it's heading in the right direction.

I believe it was around 80. This race always has a pretty low count, but there were actually a few more than last year. TF had 6, TAH-7, TAF-8, and PM -11. Good show. First round took 55 mins. for all Pro classes, and alot of Newbie fans (from the Monster Trucks) seemed to really enjoy.

And that's why I did not go. A couple of Cowboys from work were all fired up about going to see them there trucks. I thought well I'll just go for a ride on the Harley instead.

I thought they did the Monster truck show AFTER the Boats??? I quit going to the Spring race, the World finals is the Biggy! I try to make that one every year!

On Saturday they run in the evening, but on Sunday they run in the afternoon. Alot of folks came over, and were pretty blown away watching the fuel boats in action. We will have to get together for a cold one (or two) at the Finals
