It also shows how screwed up NASCAR is when it changed the starting times to later in the day...you run the risk of exactly what happened.

They did have a bit of a rain delay too, which didn't help.

Rain delay and a red flag. Doesnt make any difference, you should finish the show that you started no matter what.
