Houston Results-

Just looked at a weather map... didn't look good... but hey it's only 1pm there... so they've got 8 1/2 hours to dry track and run... maybe by the time TV coverage comes on....
 
It's 3pm eastern... still no webcast.... so still no Ray and Karl show:(

or... I could break out my ten sided D&D die and make something up... or maybe an eight side for seconds/ having the result, and roll the d10 for tenths and hundreths...

Anyone wanna read a 3.17 T/F run???? okay maybe I do need ta get a life:eek:

Ray has been under the weather all week Karl... I am really hoping David can fill in for him today... But if needed, I will be here anywho... :D

3.17 run?? What you predicting 1/8th mile?? Isn't that what the IHRA guys were running in S.A?

Yeah, I caught that Ray... I try to cheer people up being goofy... at this point, even if the web cast comes up, don't think I in the mood myself.... went to bed at 11:30 last night, got woke up at 2:30 this morning... four hours from now, ESPN2 gonna air qualifying anyway... You Rest Bro.... me, I just tryin' to stay awake:)
 
All sportsman racing is canceled for today, they are hoping to get in one pro session and 1st rd of Alky today.
 
Paul, at this point, I'm not even sure I'm even gonna fire up the web cast... Heck, TV starts in two hours....

If you have not yet... Go back to NHRA.com and re-log in again... Start all over... Commercials and music are better than rain drops... Not NITRO, I know that already any of you jokers out there... :D great, silence now... Just start over and trust me...
 
Schumacher- 4.365 @ 346.84 MPH
Hot Dog- 4.411 @ 338.44 MPH

Track is good... :)
Air is marginal... :D

Yeah, I'm a member of the 1000 Foot Club too- National Speedway was the best for that.. And I remember that "tune" as well (motors running out of spark and fuel), but I didn't know if it still applied will all that fancy-dancy technology...

Kiddo's on PS2 workin on R.T. and I'm in the garage workin on a fcuked starter.. maybe get out for some TnT tomorrow.. Sunny and 80 here- I was wishing that this weather would get to Houston for tomorrow
