Here's hoping Gazza can get everything in place to run the full season and beyond. This guy is passionate about nitro floppers and has always wanted to run in the NHRA. I hope this comes about as he would add his enthusiasm to the sport. I have never met anyone with the passion he has for f/c and if anyone from Australia can pull it off it is him.

And after losing Cowin it will be good to have another Aussie to root for on the tour.

From what I've read Garry doesn't even have a car yet! I don't see this deal happening anytime soon. I look forward to when it does because Garry is a real nice guy, and needs to get back out there!

If he does'nt have a car, who's alligator car is that? I think it looks pretty cool. I'm sure the young fans will think so too. I hope these guys can make a go of it. Seems like a neat concept.

I was at Dallas a few years ago when that Croc car was on display. Seems some IHRA FC pilot jacked his paint scheme, be interesting to see another Aussie for Paul Rogers to cheer for!:p

The "Croc Car" is Garry's old car which is now owned by one of his former crew guys Craig Christerson.

He did a promotional tour of the US a couple of years ago hitting Dallas, Vegas and Pomona with the car o display trying to generate interest.

Since selling the "Croc Car" Garry has been using it for his latest round of promotional activities.

I'm curious what other Aussie themes he will use besides the "Croc" car. Will there be a Kangaroo car? Not mocking my Aussie buds at all, just that when 90% of Americans think of Australia. They think of Steve Irwin and Roos.

Hopefully there is no "A Dingo's got my Baby" Car!

Maybe he could tag his car the Nitro Wombat? This is what a wombat looks like... on average they are about 45" long, 12" tall and weigh anywhere up to 85lbs

Hey, guys, don't forget that New York's Jim Wemett drove an AA/Funny Car called the Wombat! I don't know why he named it that... It would be good to see Garry run up here. bp
