Well according to Wikipedia Beck was born and raised in the US (Seattle WA) but married and moved to Canada.

Interestingly, Beck was inducted into the Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame in 1999.

Why? At the time, Graham was everything that people on this board root for- a low budget, regional racer done good. "Big Bucks" racers include Rick Stewart, Dan Olson and Carl Olson...

These guys earned their stripes when it was a very different sport. We have no right to take that away from them.
