I use IE and it ALWAYS hangs loading pages, and at the bottom of the screen it is showing some variant of a google ads URL while I wait. Once the ad loads, the page seems to function normally until you go to the next page.

As an aside, the dynamic ads do a good job of reverse DNS ... my ads are always local politics (Sharon Angle is pro Yucca Mountain) or Hotel deals in Vegas (except for the fact that I live in Vegas so I don't need a hotel room) or sometimes there will be a keyword in the thread that will trigger an ad, like for a local Chevy dealer.

I use Firefox with Adblock Plus and NoScript. Never had an issue.
