These must be a different type of spacer than the ones I've used in the past.
The ones I used slipped over the studs and the wheel was tightened against them.
I understand that stuff happens and I'm not trying to put blame on anyone.
I am trying to learn from this incident so I don't make the same mistake myself or I can possibly prevent someone else from doing so.
BTW, I also actually own, drive, and maintain a racecar.
