this makes me think... maybe its not dickie[or anyone else] who is crew chiefing but maybe its the huge amount of talent they have to go up against that is the problem. has there ever been so many highly talented people running fuel cars??? these folks are putting the bar up very high. and when you have to jump in with them it might be pretty tough to get to their level no less beat them. Aj, oswald,mcculloch, green, the list goes on and it is very imposing

How often has the car gone down the track under power without dropping holes or blowing up? Especially race day. And I'm not just talking with Dickie tuning the car. Sure, it is hard to win against AJ and the boys, but when the car won't go down the track, it is even harder...

The car hasn't been consistantly down the track in qualifying either...when they are racing no one...

BTW...this is in no way a slam against either Dickie or Morgan (I know both). They both know WTH they are doing...Dickie tuned Tony P to a championship for chris sake...just observations.

Could have some of Wilkerson's clutch disc problems perhaps.............??? He had an issue with inconsistancy in smoking the tires, however, he never gave up, never changed team members, just worked his way through it.
