The point structure for Pomona is exactly what it is at Indy. In qualifying, they award points for each session to the four quickest runs. So the quickest would get 4 points, next would get 3, on down to 1 point for the 4th quickest. The number of points for the qualifying position is also different from the regular season and consistent with Indy.

I agree with Jesse. I really want Torrance to win the championship. If he does, he will be the first driver to win in both Top Alcohol dragster & Top Fuel.
