Bad Accident at Bandimere

My brother just called from the LODRS in Denver, and said there was a bad accident there in Top Sportsman, going through the sand trap and almost through the chain link fence.

Prayers to the driver involved.

The only thing I heard was that the driver was unconcious at the track and unresponsive.

My buddy is running Top Dragster out there and said the last thing he heard was that the guy is in an induced coma at the hospital. Prayers for a full recovery.

I was sent a picture and the car is litterally wedged in the fence on top of the sand berm. It's crazy.

John Bandimire announced yesterday pre-race that Duane Hagan was talking to his wife at the hospital that morning. Dustin Long, who drives a TS car for Duane, parked his car out of respect, and did not race on Sunday.

Very glad to hear that he is responsive to apoint that he is talking to his wife. Praying for him for a speedy recovery.

He's very lucky, because he couldn't be at a better place in this area, that's for sure. I can affirm, St. Anthony's has the leading emergency trauma facility in Colorado and one of the top in the country. He's is in good hands.
