I was feeling sleepy today as well. But I was also watching the Las Vegas NASCAR race on television. That being the case, I'm not sure I can blame my sleepiness entirely on the switch to daylight savings time.

Luckly, the University is on spring break (yeah!) this week. I usually don't get home till 10:30 anyway, so the time change would have put me home when my body said it was 11:30.

I had a true 24 hour fly day home (Left at 8AM Geneva Time, just got home a few minutes ago at what would be 8 AM Geneva Time)... Did we change the clocks???:D

HELL YEAH, I'M SLEEPY!!!!

I'm Glad you made it home safe SLEEPY!!
I'm GRUMPY!!, nice to meet ya!!:D

Yesterday it didn't seem to effect me, but this Morning I was dragging Hardcore! It is strange going to work as the Sun comes up!

Haven't had to use the alarm clock for quite awhile.:D
Until Sunday:mad:
My automatic, internal, the older I get the earlier I wake up alarm needed a kick start.
I wish they would just leave it be.:)

I was in Cancun since Thursday. They have not (or maybe do not) changed their clocks yet. So comming back today was a 2 hour difference between there and the east coast. That was the easy part. Getting home and realizing that the pouch on my golf bag was ripped off and my New England Partriots fleece pullover was missing was what got me. At least the clubs were still there.

Okay, they did this to Save energy right? weird, I woke up the same time (5:40 AM normal, 6:40 this AM) and will go to bed at Usual time (About 11-midnight normal, 10-11 tonight)... first hour at work sucked today, didn't get in my pot of coffee and my morning 50 pages in whatever book I'm reading....

And Sleepy and Grumpy...
Just call me Happy:D

I have polled as many people as I can in my field and everyone agrees that the time change messes up their body clock .
I don't get sleepy till the normal time but have to get up what would be an hour early without the change.

New orders since I set the work schedule we are going to change the time alright but just adjust the work schedule to stay on the same work schedule as before.
F_$% Congress and F%^$ daylight savings time.
There's more than one way to skin a rabbit!

daylight savings time at least made some sense when it started later.
But now, I get up, and I need the lights on while I'm getting ready for work , because it's still DARK.
So I trade an hour of lights on in the morning for an hour without them at night.
Someone tell me where we saved energy?

Well, At least y'all can't blame it on liberals.
