FIA European Championship tracks (Top Fuel):
Santa Pod + Hockenheim: 1/4-mile
Mantorp Park + Alastaro: 1000 feet
Is that because of Short shutdowns?

At Mantorp it is. The nitro-bikes run to the 1/8 mile for that reason.
Alastaros shutdown is some 2300 feet long after a quartermile.
