With sponsorship money for drag racing seemingly being pretty scarce right now, there must be a BIG sponsor waiting for those 3 at a different team, which would be good news.

So that opens up a seat in the 2nd Force FC, assuming that sponsor is still on board. So who would that driver and crew chief be? Let the speculation begin.

One of the Facebookers said that the Procks didn't want to work for Graham Rahal. Could Rahal be getting more involved in running the Force operation?

What I heard was the Prock family to Tasca with FORD and a yet to be named marketing partner. Rahal and Hart "buying" into JFR with the day to day running of the business not in Johns hands and Alexis DeJoria joining Beckman.

That would point to joining Tasca, wouldn’t it?

Lol…this whole thing is crazy. Will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.

Old news...

Whoops.... 11 years old news
Deja Vu all over again?

Hmmm. If true, good coup by BT3. Will make things look a little different, probably a good thing overall.

@Alan Reinhart is as much of an insider as we have here. He must be as shocked as anyone. Like Alan mentioned previously, it would have to be an unbelievable deal to make them want to move from JFR.

Double wow. Biggest news in years. Not good for JFR. Although John’s around, I don’t see throngs lined up at the JFR pits like when Brit and the Procks were there. But money drives everything.

Ive seen similar in business, the owner is going to step back and new management is coming in, certain people stayed only because of the owner. Now that the owner is out of the loop, employees other management move on. I was involved with this at a company, many good people moved on and the company suffered. Owner stepped back in, got some people back and the company is flourishing again. Problem was it took years for the process to reveal itself and be fixed.
Let's all be honest JFR is not JFR without John active.

We don't know this yet, John will be 80 in a few years.
Force family is still in the mix

This is kinda what happened when the shop I worked for sold to Gerber. Worst manager ever and they basically demanded terrible quality repairs. So the good people left and now it’s a revolving door. Hopefully this goes better than that for the people that have made a career at John Force racing. It is heartbreaking when you think you have it figured out and everything changes on you…

I wonder if this could this jeopardize the Alexis-to-Force deal? I figure the only reason she would go to Force would be to benefit from some shared data with the Prock Team. Now with the Procks gone, is there still a good reason for Alexis to go to Force?
