What's happening in Brownsburg (4 Viewers)

Seems like there are a dozen people that can put together funds for TF right now, with another dozen that are actively looking for a deal. To me, this seemed like why the Mission Foods sponsorship was so cool for NHRA, because it brings in a new consumer brand. It really wasn’t previously associated with the sport. I’m hoping we can find more of these.

I don't see the appeal for her racing TF.
Maybe I'm clueless but I don't see a sponsor stepping up to fund her. If I remember correctly, she didn't even want to drive a TA/D.
For all I know , she has a large fan base and I'm the clueless one! I just don't see it.
If I recall correctly, Antron Brown was the one pushing for her to get into Top Fuel. They are related by marriage. I would think if Antron could get the funding, he would put her in a 2nd Team T/F car.

Thats for sure, did they even win a round this year? If i was paying for that ride id prob look elsewhere too.
They beat Tasca in the first round at US Nationals, first and only round win. On Buddy's Talkin' Funny Cars interview series the first one in season two is Buddy being interviewed by Elon Werner his producer. He is all in on nitro cars as a career and I think he definately left the Dunn team for something better. Must watch interview, everything you wanted to know about Buddy Hull but were afraid to ask.

So..... You don't count Gainesville, Epping and Bristol?
P.S. Buddy wasn't driving the car in Indy, Alex Laughlin was and Tasca lost to Prock in Indy.

Alan, I try not to look like a idiot here but....I watched Buddy's interview on his own youtube channel the night before. They were talking about the 2024 US Nationals his first year with Big Jim not 2025. Is their a good site for driver statistics? Googling around didn't find one. All I could find was that Buddy reached the semi finals in Indy but not his round win record in 2024.
