The way I think about it is, you can not erase the crew chiefs brain so most of it is going with him. Just like the average person switching jobs, you still have the knowledge you just might not have access to the same equipment. The ones that can adapt are the great ones, the others are the ones that are average.

Prock going to Tasca is going to be interesting if he can maintain his level of success. Alan Johnson's proven he can go anywhere and win as have several others. Grubby is extremely talented. Head is a very smart man and always trying things, I believe if he concentrated on winning he could.

Unfair. Firstly, we don’t know what if anything Alexis does for the family businesses. And If you use that criteria I guess you have to include Brittany, Bobby Bode, and others. She takes the job of funny car driver very seriously as far as I can tell
