2025's season end sucked. The winners were good but the TV and the weather weren't . The retirements and deaths sucked.
So, a driver and crew that I like are possibly going to a team I don't like. And a driver I don't like is joining a team I really like.
And a team owner I really admire is possibly driving for a team I really don't care for.
And we may lose some teams to IHRA racing....or lack of funding.
I already don't like 2026.
Modified production may not be enough to salvage the year .... unless they ban Camaros from the class....

Tasca bought the Morgan Lucas chassis shop over a year ago so he already builds them in house. and I'm sure Jimmy Prock had a lot of input on the fc chassis being built at JFR and will give that input to the chassis design now at Tasca

I'm excited for the changes and see where everything lands. I just LOVE this sport so much - when done properly (and the weather is nice) it's the biggest thrill to just watch it unfold each weekend - and that's not including the visceral experience that is NHRA drag racing. Love this sport, and just want it to continue.
I'm thinking PTW is going to be a real challenge this coming year.

Hmmm, so if the Prock family ends up at Tasca, with a 2 car team, Jimmy and Thomas tuning the car Austin drives, who would be tuning Bob’s car? Now we have to wonder what happens when both cars end up racing each other?? Or does Tasca do what Ron Capps did and put Austin in a top fuel dragster with his dad and brother tuning that, it not like Jimmy has never tuned a top fuel dragster, didn’t he tune for Cory Mac for a while?
