I know some were complaining about this not being an option, well it's available right now from RT. 66.

An audio-only version of NHRA All Access is up and running today. This will be available on race days when video is not available, which is typically all race days before Friday of a race weekend.

We are in test mode today to make sure it’s working before we make a large announcement

Exactly, I have 5 months of AA use, very happy.

Don't know that answer, just got a note that they were doing a test today and that I could share the info.
