Albuq. Int. Balloon Fiesta pics!

Thanks Joe. I enjoyed that. Sorry about the weather. We have one up here in Reno every year too. I enjoy the dawn patrol, with them all glowing.:cool:
 
Great Pics Joe, my sister-in-law is crewing for two balloons that when you put them together they look like boobs. Pink and brown.
 
Thanks, like I said several of the more awesome Balloons stayed down. I sure hope the weather clears up later in the week. Then you'll see some awesome pics!;)
 
I've ridden in hot air balloons three times. ...and all three times, I jumped out of them! With bungee cords! The first two jumps were with 110' cords, and the third jump was with 2 110' cords hooked together for a 220' jump. Talk about a rush! :)

I just hope the balloon was higher than 110' and 220'. :D

If I'm not mistaken Joe..this was the event that used to be in Indianola, IA..World Balloon Classic type thing..now I see why they moved it. There is no way Indianola could handle that..without camping in the corn..and if you had a choice..oh let's see..Iowa..New Mexico..Iowa..duh.

It was a hit for lots of years but got too big..very popular.

David, I know they used to have Balloon rally's in Indianola in the early 70's around the same time they got Big here! Our First event was in '72 at a Shopping center, they had just 6 balloons but 15,000 spectators! So that sounds about right.;)
 
Would you guys who reside there have any phone numbers or web sites where I could buy some of your great peppers? The last time I tried it(2001) I sent the money but never got my peppers. Thanks in advance...

Dried chile, fresh chile?

(BTW Joe, Chile Konection on Mountain was roasting Christmas Chile today)
 
Jenn, I think? I want dried red chilli's and they are attached to a stick. The last time I was over there the price was about $30.00.
