My warped little mind takes me down a path of... if Triumph (wholly-owned by Bloor Holdings Limited) is actually backing this entry, then, as evidenced by all the threads about PSM conspiracies, r.e. Harley-Davidson, can Triumph petition the NHRA for the engine combination that they desire? It will be interesting if they qualify!

sigh......there for a minute I though someone was bringing a new engine/bike package to PSB. I should have known better. My bigger question relates to the contempt the NHRA, Triumph and Castrol must have for drag racing fans. What's next, DSR rebranding all of their funny cars as Fiat 500 Abarths?

Over at DB.C, someone with inside contacts at Triumph, states he was told they have no involvement in this.

Then again, tomorrows big announcement may be that Harley® bought Triumph
