Man I remember that like it was yesterday.

Sad to hear this. I first saw him race at Bremerton raceway in probably 1973 or 74. Automatic Radio Vega if I remember correctly.
Then later the Bubble Up cars and even a few Top fuel cars. He was a real popular driver in the NW in a variety of rides. RIP.
