2: I see XXX Racing Fuel sponsorship showing up on a few PS bikes--how is that possible in light of the "offical fuel of NHRA" being VP? Is it just sticker + not actual fuel used?

As for question two I would imagine it has to deal with what was agreed upon during the negotiations in becoming the official whatever. WHile we have seen eneregy drinks and such get squeezed out due to "official" deals others are allowed. Pontiac is the official car but mopar and Ford are allowed to sponsor. UPS has/had some type of deal yet DHL and MTS sponsor and
mach1 used to be involved.
Thanks Alan-but my 1st question was what was the SECOND highest fine. I know NASCAR throws out big number fines with ease-I dont remember the last fine NHRA publicized-curious how much harsher DSR's was compared to whatever 2nd was.
Wayne County had a stiffer penalty then Schumacher. The vandals (surely a paid hit by the NHRA) destroyed all their engines which I am sure was more then $100k.
