Wooten Racing at 50% in Houston

Its not just the 50% deal, the fact it is in an injected combination is what makes it potentially very troublesome.
Darr, you should know that. When was the last time you saw anything run at 50%.
Thought you were knowledgable bout these things....guess not.

Its going to be very difficult for them to produce positive results with a injected nitro combination because they dont have the positive displacement from a blower, hence the increased speed of the methanol in the mixture is going to be very hard on the valvetrain and bottom end.

I deal mostly with high RPM Small Blocks but I listen to what your saying and it would be great to see Don Wooten make a good straight pass. Surely Don Wooten knows the consequences of running 50%. So if he makes a pass it will have 94% in it, will G Light be at the end of 1/8 mile to test him, or someone from NHRA. G Light & crew do not want ADRL to make a statement or be successful in Drag Racing cause they feel threatened by serious competition such as ADRL.

ADRL stated they will be monitoring the percentage.
Reading what has been said here about 50%, you would think NHRA, in the interest of safety, would allow the use of 90%.
