The "good old days" of drag racing vary for every fan. They usually include the period of time when we were only concerned about the cars, drivers, and racing, while we knew little about what was happening behind the scenes.

Anytime we could race on Saturday, driving all night to race Sunday driving all night to get home by Monday morning. Then service the car and go to a Wednesday night show. Get home and get ready for the weekend. Then REPEAT.
