will only be a single car team? i sure don't see bob stepping away as a driver ...... he'll have to buy twice as many

He reportedly let most, if not all of his team go. So, I doubt he woulda done that if he was planning on running two cars right away.

If your familiar with their relationship you would know ghat he doesn't mind writing the check. They are extremely close and his net worth is well over 3 billion dollars and rising. The Patron deal alone was worth 1.4 billion dollars to him. 4 million for her f/c is not an issue.

Might also be because he just completed 2 wildly inconsistent seasons with that crew. And the addition of the Price family opens up other crewing and tuning capab.

I don't see the appeal for her racing TF.
Maybe I'm clueless but I don't see a sponsor stepping up to fund her. If I remember correctly, she didn't even want to drive a TA/D.
For all I know , she has a large fan base and I'm the clueless one! I just don't see it.

Funny, your comment made me think of Frank Bradley , who expertly put 4 different drivers in the 300 mph club in the early to mid-nineties as a crew Chief (a record) after he retired from driving, Frank didn't respond well to criticism from owners who didn't have his knowledge , I remember watching him put the fear in a few guys. Exciting times!

Actually, Tony is replacing Josh Hart's car, Hart is replacing Brittany Force, so Maddie Gordon is the only new TF car. Unless JFR add another TF car instead of 3 funny cars.
