Whatever happened to Phil Burkhart? (1 Viewer)

I was cleaning out my T-shirt drawer a couple days ago and happened across my old Phil Burkhart Jr Nitro Fish F/C shirt and it got me wondering about him. Is he racing anything these days? Is he ever coming back? I remember him being a very talented driver and the time I met him he was extremely pleasant to speak with. Is he another victim of the current racing economy or what? Sure would like to see him out there again.

The last time I saw him at an event was in Force's flopper while he was recovering from his Dallas crash.

I saw him last summer driving a Nostalgia FC for Boninfante. Spoke to him for a few minutes, cool guy.
