Most times when I get to one, I am working there, so first thing I check in at the tower and then immediately go walk the track.

i mostly go on Fridays,so less people, pee, walk though fuel pits,say hi and good luck to the drivers,get in-n-out and watch what ever on the track,unless its any type of bracket cars.

I am always early so I walk the pits first then head over and watch some racing. IHRA is nice because the will run some alcohol, pro mod, MMPS then into nitro so there is some diversity. of fast cars up front.

As a spectator, Exactly that! Then wander the pits, probably 25% of my time at the track is spent watching racing.

last august i stopped for an early breakfast in brainerd on way to track. hole in the wall place that's always packed.
jim-o and nicky walk in. on the way out i said 'good luck this weekend' to them. clay made it to final.
