What is quickest TAFC bump spot?

Any stat experts know what the quickest TAFC bump spot is, and also where and what year? Thanks in advance.

I will have to check further, but the last I remember hearing about it was Dallas 2015, Bryan Brown at 5.621 was the quickest ever field.
