Hello,
My wife and I have a small business that we've been doing on the side out of our home for a couple of years or so, and we would like to entertain starting something on the web. Thus, I have a some questions I would like some opinions on:
1. What is the difference, if any, between having a website versus an Ebay store? Pros, cons, etc.
2. What is the best route for economically setting-up a website? Who can do a good job?
3. We live in a small rural community and currently have dial-up. Will this make it impossible to manage a webstore, or just be a nuisance until we can get something faster?
Like I said, we're very small right now and are on a tight budget. Plus, even though we can work our way around a computer screen, neither of us really feels confident in taking a shot at something like this ourselves, like on Godaddy or something. What are your thoughts?
