Brent you have been following the sport for a long time, you know the money always rises to the top. No matter what the rules were/are, the Harley's and Lucas team will likely be at the top of the field because they have the best budget.

Let their skills and their budget make the difference, not unfair rules written to their advantage. Nobody with a tiny bit of knowledge of engines can possibly think that 160 CI 4 valves and overhead cams is equal to 160 CI with 2 valves and pushrods.
